Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the current period.
On the Premium screen tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same store account used for the purchase.
In the app go to More → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all pets, scans, reminders and health data. You can also email us to request deletion.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and follow the emailed code to reset it.
