These Terms govern your use of the PetLens AI mobile application (the "App") provided by Davut Temel. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
PetLens AI provides AI-generated, informational observations only. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concern. If your pet shows severe pain, heavy bleeding, breathing problems, collapse, seizure, severe swelling, or rapid worsening, contact an emergency veterinarian immediately. You use the App's outputs at your own risk.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
You agree not to misuse the App, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything other than personal pet-care purposes.
Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
Some features are limited on the free plan (e.g. number of scans and pet profiles). We may change limits and features over time.
The App and its content are owned by Davut Temel. You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. pet photos) and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the App's informational outputs.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
